You can get a refund from AMC Theatres through the following methods:
Online purchases: If you bought tickets or food and beverage items on its website or mobile app, you can request a refund before the printed showtime. Do this online through your AMC Stubs account.
In-theatre purchases: If you purchased tickets or items at a theatre, you must visit the location before the printed showtime for a refund.
Keep in mind that convenience fees cannot be refunded.

Online refund (Website or mobile app): For tickets purchased on the AMC website or app, you can get a refund before the showtime. To request a refund online:
In-person refund (at the theatre): If you bought tickets at an AMC theatre, visit the location before the showtime. Speak to the staff, explain your situation, and they’ll help you cancel.
Fandango purchases: Tickets bought through Fandango.com can still be used at AMC theatres. You can waive service fees on Fandango with your AMC Stubs membership. For issues or refunds with Fandango purchases, call (866) 857-5191. Fandango.com is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. PST, seven days a week.
